- We are a viewer relationship management tool that will help you get to know your streaming audience better through notes and analytics on your viewers!
- Anybody that chats in your chat more than 5 times will trigger the bot to begin analysis, which counts as 1 managed viewer. (P.S. At around 20 chats, the bot will begin to produce summaries for viewer!)
- Initially the bot will continue to operate normally, storing your chats. Analytics on existing managed viewers will continue to update. New users however, will not be triggered for analysis. We provide a discretionary grace period for your account to be upgraded and brought back to valid status, however you may be at risk for bot deactivation at any given time.
